As a business owner and young entrepreneur, does your business have any weaknesses? And most importantly what are your plans to deal or improve in this aspect. Personally I feel every business has its weakness. There is always one thing they might not be very good at or lacking in one way or the other. While there is notting wrong in having a weakness, the most important thing is finding out this weakness and working on it.

My business has so many weakness but the top most is less availability of demanding items. I am trying to borrow money from someone to get good availability. Second is I need one extra person to work because sometimes customers moved away due to delay fulfilling his need. And so I am planning to have one more worker with me.

I think the biggest weakness in my business is the advertising part. When it comes to advertising and promoting my business, I pretty much suck in this aspect.
Since I am a migrant from a poor community, security agencies are targetting me for extortion, falsely labelling me a security threat without any proof, to commit human rights abuses on me , due to which my orders are robbed, resulting in low revenues.
