I have made money from all of the methods mentioned by the OP. Some of my freelance writing projects have earned me $60 per article and some of my ghost writing jobs have earned me as much as $600.

I love blogging but the site where I got in shut down because the site owner got ill and wasn't able to recover from the downfall of his site. We felt the extreme sadness when the site owner declared his site incapable to pay bloggers.
