There are some people who are simply gifted with natural skills on how to manage and run a business, and even on how to lead does around them. Personally I believe no matter how much skills you are born with, you still need to go through training and lots of lessons to be able to put them into the their fullest use.

True, I have come to realize that no matter how much natural talent a person has, if they fail to work hard, someone else who works hard have the potential to excel more.
Entrepreneurs are made by the kind of exposures they get. Kids that grew up to see their parents in business would most likely do business too.
