Very true, when I am about to purchase anything be it offline or online, I always go online to make some research if I can find reviews on does who have used it before and their experience.
As a business owner we all need review but it should be true, there are so many groups on Facebook running to pay for review. There much more chances remain as the reviews could be wrong just to get money. As a person live in Pakistan how can he give true review of USA restaurant.
Reviews about your business is something that you shouldn't joke with as a business person. If you are sure your products or service is top notch, encourage the customers to leave reviews.
