Never allow your workers and even yourself to smoke inside the business center. It poses a danger. Your workers might be too busy forgetting where you threw your lighted cigarette but. It might be too late when see the place covered with dark smoke. Though it seldom happens, but it really had happened many times anywhere in the world. Smokers must have self-control. They have to schedule themselves to pup in the right place. The cost of the damage is millions unless your business is insured against fire, but if not, you will suffer a big loss and might close your business forever.

That's very good of you, many lack respect. They smoke in public despite there's order of no smoking. The more inside the business center. I entered an insurance company and was so shocked people inside smoke so I went out. They're ashamed.
It's pretty annoying when I see people just smoking, even in open spaces. There are persons who their body system might not be used to this. So inhaling these things might cause health issues. Besides the fact that smoking in your business place is not safe, it is not ethical to do so.
I am not a fan of smoking, and I strongly dislike it when people smoke around me. Apart from the obvious damage it can cause to property, it also poses a serious threat to our overall health and well-being.
The thing is that when someone passes by and sees someone smoking in your business place, it would send a negative message as if your business is a place for rough people. Responsible people won't want to come around there.
Exactly, that's why it is not allowed in the factory premises. It is dangerous and things may catch fire because of it.

it happened here in one of the offices, an employee just threw his cigar butt unconsciously in the trash can with waste papers.
