Why some employees are rude

I believe most of us here have had some experience when it comes to rude employees. I have come across some employees in a business setup that completely lack proper customer management. They are rude in how they talk and even how they treat you. In cases like this, we are usually quick to blame these employees but in some cases I have come to realize that it's not their fault. Though I believe there are more better ways to express themselves. Most of these employees are under payed, some of them are even overworked and are not getting the needed rest. Due to this they easily snap, especially when the management is not creating a good working environment. I remember back then while I was still working as a photo editor, I didn't mean to but there where certain customers I was rude to cause I was literally coming to the office as early as 6am and would work till 7pm or in most cases 8 or 10pm, the only breaks we get is when there are no customers.

It is frustrating to know that many are overworked but underpaid.

The last time I responded rudely to my supervisor was in December last year. It was unexpected but I did it because of frustration and disappointment. I told her I was not mad at her. I was frustrated at the situation I was in during that time.

Some people are born rude, it is in their nature. I always try to avoid these people. I do not want to pick up bones with people who are aggressive by nature.

Haha that's true, there are some persons no matter how well you treat them, that's just how they are, then there are some who might not be rude but tend to have short temper so they easily react to things.

Some employees are rude because of their low salary package, lack of facilities, over work and all these kinds of things when combined together than make a rude employee those who behave negative with their colleagues.

Some employees are rude because they may be arrogant . People who are well connected, have powerful friends and relatives, good social status have an superiority complex, think that other people are inferior to them.
