To succeed in any business you need hard work, consistency and determination to work.

Very true, these days your degree does not guarantee your success, but this is not to say having a degree is not important. It is still very important to secure a degree for your business.
There are no guarantees, having a degree makes your business successful. In business, tenacity, patience, not giving up quickly, not a degree, are needed, also in managing business money. Meanwhile, a degree only indicates that a person has completed education.
Degree does not make you successful, but if you have relevant knowledge and skills that you acquired through college and university education, you are more likely to become successful compared tonot having any formal education
There are millionaires in the city where I live who didn't finish elementary but became wealthy. It's hardwork, patience and endurance that led them to acquire wealth. They only hired accountant, business advise and lawyer.
