Understanding and following the rules and regulations at each and every workplaces is very essential because it is needed to maintain a safe and a more productive environment for the employees . It is important to understand the workplace rules because it's is needed for positive work culture.

Workplace rules and regulations is to ensure safety and well-being of the employees and it also cater to the needs and well-being of the customers as well.

Though I am self employed most of the time, since I have a small business I am running but where I am now to sort out one or two things, one of their major rules here is your safety above anything else. And to always dress right for the job.

They concentrate so much on the punctuality, respect for the job among other rules and regulations to be followed by the workers.

They always make sure every worker is in their safety attire for that matter so to speak.

When I was a paid employee, the major rules and regulations in my workplace bothered on punctuality. Staff were expected to report very early for work.
