Unwind and take control of your life. You need rest, so plan how to use your leave credits and don't let anyone tell you otherwise. Delegate tasks to your team and set proper expectations before taking your well-deserved vacation leave. Coordinate with your supervisor and set your out of office notification. File your time off leaves and book your hotels and flights on your terms. Enjoy your vacation without talking about work. Remember, it's your life, take control of it!

As a business owner, you also need to find time to relax. But never to forget the people on your team. Give them time to relax as well.

It is easy to say, but we need to thrive for it. If not, productivity will be affected.

In fact this is an area that most people mess up with most oftenly so to speak.

In my case it is abit difficult because I do not have a team. Though my business is small but the task I need to do can be demanding, especially if I have a lot of work.
