Let's say you find yourself in a position or situation where you have to hire someone who can take over your previous position, what would you look out for. For me I we definitely look for someone that has my traits and if possible even better than me to ensure effectiveness in anything they do. What about you?

I was Regional Sales Manager south in a Pharmaceutical company, I hired a person named Zafar Iqbal as he showed himself a needy person. That biggest mistake given me severe hit in my profession as he started doing politics and finally engulf my position. I was started feeling very bad about all this.
