The closest experience i had gotten in this aspect was when i was still working under my previous boss. Someone came to rent camera, but it seems my boss gave him a camera that was not working. The man came back and was so angry saying he would bring police the next day to arrest us. In the end he didn't though.

Talking about arrests me? Well, for those who don't know me yet, I say that I am still under arrest. I was arrested on September 2nd (some dates unfortunately are never forgotten), brought immediately in prison for a whole month, now under house arrest, but unfortunately for only a short time, infact I will soon have to go back behind bars and for a very long time

Well, I'm sorry my dear friend, but your case, forgive me but it doesn't seem similar to mine. In fact you didn't tell me about arson attacks. Maybe I misunderstood and you weren't talking to me?
I have not experienced like that in my business. We need to be very careful in handling our business to avoid untoward incident that may happen because of our negligence. It's also a shame and our reputation will be affected.
You seem to have been charged with threatening your neighbors, did you actually commit these crimes? Did you set fire to the mailboxes? Why did you do that? What answer do you have against all these allegations?
Thankfully, I have never been involved with any police case.
What I am accused of is called overreaction. I don't hide the fact that I exaggerated, so I'm still wrong. However, many things reported there and especially on the eight pages written by the preliminary judge, relating to my arrest, do not correspond to reality! For this reason, my lawyer who must represent me in the courtroom during the trial has the task of dismantling many unfounded and exaggerated accusations.
I hope your case will be dismissed by the court. I think this day will be the verdict from the court. I pray you'll be set free my friend. I hope your lawyer fights you up to the end before the sentencing is read.

Really sorry to hear that, I believe your lawyer will be able to handle the situation and make them see reason, just hang in there and definitely everything we be fine.
It will be a sleepless thing if there is a problem that involves the police. As much as possible, let us always have the presence of mind so that we won't commit a mistake that may involve the police.
There are many things to consider before applying for time off one is whether you will get paid despite you are on leave. If not, it is better not to proceed with your plan because the more suffering you will face once you come back to your workplace.

Indeed today was the day of the first court hearing. My lawyer has already given me enough peace of mind by telling me that in any case, there will be no jail time for me. This is something important.

That's good to hear then. It's also good you are now having some peace, cause having a restless mind can affect your health on the long run. Congratulations on that for now. I believe everything we be fine.
Let's say I'm starting to see things better. However, you should know that by law, my lawyer asks for extenuating circumstances for me, as I am a disabled person. But basically, the final decision will be that of the judge. I can already tell you now that this decision will be made next Tuesday 13 February. I hope...

Well, my friend. I try to spend these days until the final hearing in the best possible way, without too much anxiety. In fact there is an Italian saying which translated into English would be: "Apprehension does more harm than illness!"
