Good one. One could have all the capital needed to start a business, but it does not mean that they are ready to start up one. This is why we have some persons who end up leaving their business half way.
Committment is the key of starting up a business. If they think that they cannot sustain this once the business launched, it is better not to continue the business idea because it will be a waste of time, energy, and money.
One question that I regularly ask myself before I enter any business is always the reason I am going into that business. That helps me to be clear to myself and know the kinds of moves I make in that business.
I would say there will be several questions required to be answered and one of them would be is the market saturated with what I plan to start?
