What would you say makes a successful business manager

I believe it is safe to say being a manager of a business is never easy,so what actually makes a good manger? Being a good manager is not just limited to how well you manage resources around you, it is also how well you manage does around you. One thing that makes a good manager is the ability to understand the strengths and weaknesses of does around him/her and still use it for the benefit of the company.

For me l can say that, the successfulness of the business, the attainment of the business financially freedom among other business achievements can really describe a good business manager for that matter.

A successful manager is someone who not only knows how to manage people (staff) but also knows about production process as well as marketing. The manager should have skills in multiple disciplines.

A successful business manager is someone that understands people and how to inspire them to folow processes to achieve a goal.
