very true, trust is extremely important when it comes to running a business, which is why it should not be forced. Trust that is forced can easily be broken at any time.

True, like I remember when I was working as a photo editor. Some persons used to personally call me to give me their jobs to handle cats they trusted me that I would definitely remember to do the job and not forget like the others.

Building trust takes time. You can not immediately see it in the performance of the employees and customers. You trust them only after showing their true colors. You know their true colors after some months and that is the time to give your trust in them.

Building trust of a customer in any business is not an over night process, but it takes time. A lot of many hurdles do come in this duration and we need to remain very active we need to study the psychology of our customer and deal accordingly. Once the trust developed on our business then they become our permanent customer and they give a lot of income to us.
