One thing I have noticed today is that majority of us both entrepreneur and customers do not know their rights. As an entrepreneur and business owner, there are certain right you are entitled to, this would help prevent both customers and manufacturers from stepping on you. The same goes to customers, you have your rights as a customer. Take out time to know and understand your rights. Like as a business owner, you have the right to make or take decisions that are in favour of the business, meaning even if some customers do not agree with this, as long as it favours the growth of you business there should not be an issue.

We all do have our rights, and we need to know exactly our rights, as being head of the family I have certain rights. I can take certain decisions which my family members may not like. Same in the case of being a customer or owner of the business we do have and we all must know it.

That's right, this is why most businesses are advised to have a lawyer they can talk to, to help them explain things. For small business owners who might not have the capital to get one. The Internet has made it a lot easier.
It happened here in a cooperative, the members did not understand the agreement, so the cooperative manager called the coop lawyer and explained to the members about things that puzzled them. It was easily resolved by an expert lawyer.

Yes, because a lot of customers and entrepreneurs do not know their rights, they have been cheated in so many ways. And in some cases, most of them have been used simply cause they do not know their rights.
