There are alot of ads network which you can use if you want to make money online you can use media.net it's a good ads network better than Adsense in terms of approval time if your website is not good enough Adsense will reject it

Have you tried it, or you are saying this just because you read some where else. base don my personal experience, you cannot earn if you do not have north American traffic
