Treating a customer as a king is one concept all business owner must abide. when a customer is treated as a king, it means that the business owner acknowledges the customer is the focus and central driver of your business which is the reality. In the long run it's the customer who keeps your business afloat with their patronage. Without customer, there's no business. So business always need customers as such they need to be treated just like a king. What do you think?

The problem with treating customers as kings is that some customers might take advantage of that and try to take the business for granted.
You have a point. I also think this way. Some clients are not reasonable when complaining about products or services received.
One thing that I always do is to give my customers maximum respect. I treat them extremely nice and I also expect them to return the favour.
As much as possible, we need to keep our customer-based in volume. If they are not there, then no one will going to support the company.
