A lot of young entrepreneurs today are after success which is a good thing, but the major problem today is that they want to succeed immediately. Many of them today lack the patience to actually grow their business. They see others who have succeeded and wish theirs can be like that as soon as possible, forgetting that everyone needs to start from somewhere.

The saying really satisfies the proper meaning for the success. In the business world the success doesn't come over night. Business persons must work hard,. persistence and being consistent for that.

I totally agree. Success doesn't come easily. You need to be hardworking, persistent and always looking for ways to improve yourself and your business. You should be prepared to face obstacles. In such case, stay calm and seek help when necessary.
