Anyone who is lazy in their business, is simply setting their business to fail. A lazy person can and will never be able to grow their business, cause even when they have the ideas, their laziness would not let them execute it.
A lazy business owner will not succeed. His or her business is destined to collapse. He or she will miss out on many wonderful opportunities to help his or her business succeed. In addition, it will harm his or her business' reputation.

If you are a lazy person, you will not succeed in doing anything. You won't perform well in your study, in your job and if you are a business owner, your business will fail. Success requires hard work, persistence and courage.
It could also be that he is not doing well in the business.
