You need service of virtual assistant when you get 100+ daily tasks and you can't organized everything easily. Before it you can do alone.
Are they asistant as advisors or more workers?

There are more of workers, they write copies for me, post on social sites on my behalf, write articles, etc. I do not hire people on full time basis, I hire for task basis, but I hire the same people again and again.
