Have you ever found yourself in a situation where you have to reject a customer, or stopped them from coming to your shop? Personally I have never openly stop them but I tend to avoid them. Whenever they come to me for a job, I usually give one excuse or the other due to their nasty attitude and behaviors. In my previous work, we had to stop one cause he was always coming in to frustrate the workers.

Sometimes customers are offering extremely low rates for writing and other work, so it is not worth wasting time doing the low paying work. In other cases, the customers do not pay.

I haven't rejected a customer. My business is in the mall and the price is fixed. The customer cannot ask for a discount and if he asks because he's thirsty and has no money, I may give him a free milk tea which costs $3.

Being small general store owner, sometimes I need to take some tough decisions and sometimes I show some rude behavior. As one of my customer was purchasing items on credit and act as he forget to return my money so last time when he came and ask for item I told that first he must clear previous bill then I will give further items

What a rude customer having a face to ask for a credit when he still has an unpaid balance. How could your business grow if there's an insensitive customer like that? He must be a good creditor to build trust with you.

I'f at all you welcome such customer and grant him another access to collect the credit he will keep owing you so I think that, pausuding such customer to pay back the outstanding debt before he collected new one could be better though in my own opinion I think that customer don't need to be rejected

For me l have never rejected any customer on my business. This is because the customers is always the only person that l am waiting for so that they can make purchases forthe same

I haven't turn anyone out yet and I do hope I don't have to do that. Though I have a customer that complains non stop even concerning things not related to what they are purchasing, at times she calls or even insist I be the one to personally deliver her items when am already short staffed and choked with deliveries as it is, I gently decline or let her know am not available, cause I just feel she is lonely despite having her family with her.

My business is different. The people will just buy and leave. There is no rejection so far. All is fair in price and the cp or glass use. They pay through cash. There is no machine validation for paying thru a credit card.

I have never been in a position to reject a customer. I have always sold to my customers even when I do not like some of my customers for being too noisy.

The customers are indeed noisy especially the teenagers. They can't control their mouths plus the mall is also noisy with sounds. It's also unprofessional to reject a customer. They're assets to the business.

Actually it's true it's not professional to reject a customer as a business personal you will need to welcome customer in a good manner if they make mistake try correct them. But if it's a teen as you said then tell them not to repeat same mistake they made again

Yes, I have rejected a client. The main reason is I was not able to meet with the completion requested by the client. I explained the situation to him. I have to maintain the quality of my translation work.

although customers may have bad behavior I still need to make a profit in my business , personally I have not rejected a customer before, even if the behavior is not pleasing

There was a time a customer was calling me names over a delay that was not my fault. I told him that I don't want his patronage any longer and blocked him on all social platforms.
