Some business operators use a time lock, so they no longer allow a night duty security guard and because of this, street kids wander in business buildings and vandalize the building freely using a spray paint.

It will be disaster if it happens to the building where your business is installed. What will be your move to avoid vandalism in your business center?

One of the best ways to tackle this issue is to install security camera that captures the event. You can book these person the very next day. You can also install sensor that beeps when your property is touched.

That's a very good suggestion and a very potential solution to stop vandalism. It is rampant here in small stores having no guards 24/7 duty unlike in big stores and malls.

I think that sensor beep would scare those hoodlums away. Another thing that could scare them is sensor security lights that shine everywhere when a person is approaching the building.

There is less vandalism at this time in the city. The kids were brought to the social services. Their parents were also scolded by the local government. They will be penalized if let their kids leave home to join a gang of vandalizers.

The best thing to do would be to gather enough evidence that cannot be denied, then take it up to the law, so it can be sorted and handled by the law.

There should be a security guard assigned in the evening and to install a cc TV camera to monitor the offenders if young people or mature. It's easy for the police to catch them.

Vandalism is not anymore happening in all places in the Philippines because of the high price of paint. They cannot afford to buy and it's very satisfying research results.
