Securing a high pay job is not easy. You need to have a good education, demonstrate leadership and management skills and most important of all, make a noticeable contribution to the company.
Instead of me investing years just to get to a managerial role to be able to work earn a good salary, I would rather invest my time in business and I would be richer than that managerial position would ever make me within that time frame.
