You might not be aware of the attitudes of your employees. When you're in front of them, they will act like holy cows especially during meetings, and when you're no longer with them, they create chaos among themselves to go against your instructions on how to reach the quota in business. They will murmur and some of them might be too arrogant by refusing to act. When you hear about their reactions from a loyal employee, then what must you do? For me, I will call their attention and to let them write in 2000 words their explanations of their actions. If their reasons are shallow, I will advice them to resign.
