Owning an employment local, national, or international is a very lucrative and dignified job and this happens only to a millionaire capitalist. I went to POEA to inquire about licencing of this and I was so stunned. Show money at least 4 million pesos is required, so I backout. Another requirement is the connection abroad. I must have a direct agency abroad to supply them with qualified employees. Sigh!

In my home country, you don't need a lot of money to start an employment agency, however, the running cost can be really high. Business registration cost is not much here.

In my country the business of owning employment urgency is highly capital intensive. One must register companies and get licences from a couple number of governing bodies for that matter.

Indeed, it's hard to operate an employment agency. There are many requirements and the most is the huge show money in millions. Those who run an employment agency are wealthy.

In my place, owning an employment agency does not have many requirements other than business registration. have seen some agencies which hire only a few people. Their competitive advantage is connection in the market.

it is different in my country, there are so many requirements. I learned it the time, I approached the commissioner for my intention. I do not have millions to prove my worth. I backout.

For me l think that is a very great business idea. It's very capital intensive as one needs to have so much money on the bank accounts for them to continue with that business.

In our country, these employment agencies are receiving money from the applicants and from the employers who will hire them. I must say that they are two faces when it comes to collecting money on both parties.
