It is possible if one constructs a high rise building and rents out flats. If there are say 100 flats and each flat doles out rent - 1 dollalr per day, you got your 100 dollar per day passive income.
The only situation where 100 dollars passively in a day is possible is if one has a monetized YouTube channel that has over 5 million subscribers. It is possible at that level.
I think it is only rentals of heavy duty equipment that can earn that amount passively on a daily.
It is possible in my country, especially the lowland areas. In my city, it is not that feasible so to speak.
I reckon that $100 per day is a kind of income that can help people enjoy a good life in my country. However, it would be still insufficient if you want to buy a Mercedes car and enjoy a really luxurious life.
Honestly speaking, it is a really hard thing to earn that much money, especially when you are struggling to generate the right amount of money. You may need multiple sources of income to make that much.
I think people living in tier 1 countries could earn that much. People from tier 3 can also earn that much but it depends. There are many people from tier 3 countries on Fiverr and they are earning thousands of dollars per month.
