That's right but you can delegate it to your personnel officer not necessarily the business owner. But if the worst scenario arises you may come out but with an escorted the security personnel for protection.
Indeed, just talk will not produce any results. You may talk about a plan for the future of your business. However, without action or implementation, even an excellent plan will not produce any results.
