Securing employment, in the world wide web or the real world, depends not only on your skills, knowledge and experience but also on job availability. Let’s say you earned a degree in Rocket Science but there are no Space Program in your country, would you be able to get a job? Therefore, it is very important to build knowledge and skills in the field that offers a lot of jobs in the market. Getting a degree with good grades also matters when it comes to get a job, if you have an “A” you have higher chances of getting hired compared to having “C” grade.

To secure a job, you need to have the right skills and experience which are on demand in the job market. Get fully prepared and perform well during the interview.
Here for securing job we need to give too much sacrifices. The main reason is we are needy people, we can't quit the job. I must not mention the name of the company but M.D there were routinely slapping their workers not only low class worker but he started slapping on face educated workers too and they were bearing this just to save their jobs.
That is why I always advocate that people should study courses or gain skills that have a demand and would be relevant for a long time.
In cases of no available jobs that fit the qualifications, I would say learning a new skills or two will be a boost. Nowadays, there are lots of options to go to in this digitally advanced world.
Obtaining relevant skills and knowledge for today's high-demand jobs is essential. Remember that the demand for specific jobs can change yearly or, if not, every three or five years, so it is a good idea to update your skill set accordingly.
To get a job, you need to have the skills that are relevant for the time. Build your base on soft skills and you would do well.
