According to a study, most millionaires have 7 different ways to make money, in other words, they have multiple income sources and if one stops making money, they still have 6 other ways to rely on. When you have a job, you have just one income source, if you are removed from the job, you will lose income source. With a regular job, you're putting all your eggs in one basket. That's not very safe.

There are pros and cons of having a job vs self-employed. If you have a job, you can stable monthly income and other fringe benefits such as paid leave, health insurance. On the other hand, if you are self-employed, you can be your own boss and making money your own way. Having a job plus other side hustles can be an alternative.

True, jobs can bring you a regular income but financial security as you will have regular flow of money. You can continue to generate income without worrying about the other things. Business is risky

I prefer self-employment because it gives you opportunity to make more money and you also become your a boss . You can also make your decision count if you own your business.

It depends though, I know some persons who have a job but still have other streams of income. Like working online or having side gigs that they make money from by the side.
