Have you been banned by Adsense, did you try creating second adsense account? Did you succeed? In my opinion, the best way to use AdSense after being banned is by making an account for your family member and use it as your own. You can use your family member’s info to create the account and you can add your payee details (payee account and adsense account can be different person). Just make sure to follow all the rules if you're using AdSense again. I have not found any rules on AdSense that say family members of someone whose AdSense account was banned can't create their own account. So, if a husband got banned from AdSense, there's nothing that would stop the wife from using it.

I have not been banned but rejected. May be I will try my luck once again Getting 1000 plus views should surely be one of the criteria

If you intend to use adsense for website, there is no such criteria for traffic. You can get approved even for zero views.
What are they finding in my blog that is not worth of an Adsense account?

Adsense looks for content that is original, never published anywhere else, well written, uniquie topics, well formatted and long. Are you sure you have followed these rules
