Selling on credit will have a lot of consequences for your business, while buy now and pay later will improve sales it will also cause you headache when cannot collect your due. The best solution is to avoid it.

Most businesses follow a systematic way to collect dues. If payment is not received on time, send out reminders. Usually if payment still not arrived after sending three reminders, then the business will get a lawyer to issue a letter to the customer who owes the money. The last resort is to get payment collectors or file a legal suit.

In my opinion the collection of dues business is however very profitable so to speak. I can say that it can bring the sense of some sort of the passive way of income.

When that is the trend one cannot isolate oneself and expect payment giving no credit The customer will stop coming

Most of the companies have payment terms for credit of one month, but they have to follow the customers. It's a shame as it affects business, and it's a very stressful job to collect payment from the customer.

This is one reason I do not give out credit, cause to be honest I don't think I have that strength to start dragging them.

When we still have our family business, collecting payment is what I hated the most. It is really hard to ask them to pay with so many alibis.

Is it not better you avoid giving out credit sales entirely than have to be struggling with getting paybacks. It could be frustrating.
