I am not so addicted to using my phone. But I'll keep it on during the day. I do a variety of things without a phone. I walk, play musical instrument, and I also enjoy reading.

I primarily rely on my phone to perform work-related tasks and engage in different online forums. From time to time, I watch movies and TV series on Netflix. Despite spending a considerable amount of time on my phone, I do not consider myself addicted since I use it mostly for work.
