It is true that we can't perfectly satisfy all customers in our businesses. In view of that, it would not be surprising to see one or two negative reviews about your business on the business social media page?

How would you handle such negative reviews as a business person?

I always make sure I reply to those negative reviews. Most times, I ask for contacts of the person publicly on social media to talk more and resolve the issue. And it has worked well for me.

The be bst thing to do would be to reply them politely, and if it is something you can rectify, then it would be best you do that and as well learn from it.
