Do research only if your business never have sales. You have to find out possibilities for people to attract going back and forth to your business, but if it's doing fine don't waste your time finding when you already have a booming business
I am always on the side of balance. Make sure that you research and know everything you need to know and take actions too. Don't rely on one.
