That depends on what kind of issues. For home repair, I rely on licensed repairman to do the job. For business, I think it's better to let the professionals to do tax reporting.
I do not know which ones you are talking about I will certainly engage a professional to stitch my clothes.

I guess it depends on what I need fixed and what the problem is. For example, when I have a problem with my smartphone, I prefer to take it to a professional technician who can fix the issue for me as I do not have prior experience in terms of repairing a broken smartphone. When it comes to cleaning the house, though, I prefer to do it on my own rather than hire a cleaner since it is more convenient for me to do so. In addition, I enjoy cleaning my house because it is a relaxing activity for me.
It depends on the situation and issue. Efficient use of time is the main determining factor. If I am good and comfortable doing it, I will do it. Else I would pay a professional to get the quality work done. Moreover if it takes a lot of time abd effort on my part, I would rather outsource it to a professional and use my time in doing something else that is more productive.

Yes, that if you can do it to be as almost perfect like a professional to avoid wasting time and still paying to he done afterwards

Yes if you can do things for yourself then it is better as you would be saving money for other things that needs your attention
