By staying away from negative/toxic people, I show myself some love. People-pleasing used to be a way for me when I was younger, but I realized it was destroying my mental health. In addition, I eat a healthy diet.

Self-love can be done by forgiving oneself and trying to take good care of oneself. Once you learn to love yourself, it is high time to spread this love to others.
