There are slot of place which you can do this first you can use search engine to do this you can also identify such directory using Google

There are many Sites and Iwriter comes to mind. I can no longer write there as I was MIA there.

iWriter is a better platform for writers especially if you are just starting out. You can also try clear voice

The two platform you mention here are all good but I think that writerbay is a better option I have use them before and I have made alot of success with them
