At least one can know before certain plans fail flat.So do you put more efforts even on clearly seen failing programs or plans despite all signs showing the same?

I think it is normal to work harder on any plans that fail in business. If the management is not going to resolve these things, the company will suffer, and the worst is to fall into bankruptcy.

If I am very sure the plan is going to fail, then there is no need putting much effort into it. I would rather focus on other things.

If I can see something is failing, I stop putting more effort on it. I put more efforts only when I see that is is becoming successful. I do not want to waste my effort

As much as possible, we still need to do our best to creat effective plans despite the failing situations. We need to keep always give our best effort.
