That depends. If I drink coffee or milk tea, I don't add sugar in it. But I love eating chocolate (though it's dark chocolate, it's not that sweet), cakes and ice cream.
Ideally, sugar-free products are best to purchase. However, it is hard to find them in the market here. If there are, they are surely expensive. I can have some of them but am not fully consuming them.
