I don't know if it happens in your part of the world but female entrepreneurs go through a lot in the course of doing business. There are male customers and patrons that always make passes and want to sleep with them. Some even put that as a condition for repeat patronage.

How can a serious female entrepreneur handle such situations?

She just needs to stick to her core of knowing what is right and wrong. Having business does not need to go along with this kind of situation. Take it or leave it principle.

I don't know what is wrong with modern men. They prey on female marketers. They give them the condition of if they don't go down, they would not patronize.

It is a very pitiable situation that people still believe it that female entrepreneurs are to be sexualized. Why would you leave the products she is marketing to you to ask for something else. That can discourage lots of ladies from doing business.

This is a common issue in the corporate world, however, I do not think only women are victim here, male also become victim sometimes

It is not a straightforward thing for a male to face this. A lady faces this harassment on a daily basis. You are marketing a product and the customer is trying to touch your waist. Some would even tell you to bring your products to a hotel room, that they would buy all at good prices and they would entail do. But they expect the lady to return the favour by sleeping with them.

I think in such a case you need to set your standards. People will definitely try, but once they see you are not that type, am pretty sure they would let go and move on. Then again the female entrepreneur would have to be mindful of the places you go to and what you do.

I know of someone else people that have had to sleep with a manager for a sales deal. Female realtors are also a common prey in this perversion.
