Life challenges are inevitable and the one of the things we can do is to have the courage to face them.
Indeed, life is full of challenges. We just need to prepare for this. When the challenge comes, face it and think of ways to handle it.

There are some challenges in life that I am prepared for. And there are other ones I am not prepared for and it would rattle me if it happens.
I try to build a reserve of inner strength through practices like meditation, exercise, and nurturing a supportive social circle. Most importantly, I work on maintaining an optimistic yet realistic mindset challenges are inevitable, but also survivable and opportunities for growth.
Most challenges find me unprepared, so I have learnt to be prepared on how to deal with it because I can't actually tell which challenges will find me. But when I know expected risks in doing something, I plan on how to handle it.
I have learned to always pray for the best while expecting the worst in order to deal with life. Nothing takes me off guard.
