As far as I know, there will always be businesses and individuals that are seeking the service of the graphics designers especially the ones withnquality design skills.
I do agree that graphic designing field is saturated. Here so many offline courses are conducting plus we can watch plenty of videos regarding this graphic designing. Finally online, available tools are self explanatory and sufficient to learn and work.
The problem is that people don't want to carve their own niche. They just have a herd mentality that does what everyone else does. It would surely be oversaturated that way.
Your first statement came to mind immediately I saw the topic. They have been a lot of people before now so just carve a niche for yourself
