I think they are just to much obsesed with social media posting. They post their entire life. It was trend even make video when they quit job. I think they depend on TikTok or Instagram.

For me the generation Z consists of a very loose individual that cannot handle the hard work.

Gen Z seems like the very assertive generation. They are hardworking but can be lazy too. They are really about protecting their mental health

Special? More like lazy. Not all but majority of the gen z today are usually lazy, and unable reason things out. It's more like they don't like stressing themselves in thinking.

I am not entirely certain, but maybe because they grew up in the digital age, they are pretty attached to gadgets. It seems like they can't imagine life without them, and I suppose they are really into using social media. LOL
