There are different kinds of forecasts. For instance not all prophecies comes from God. For instance the weather's forecasts are scientifically made.

I don't think forecasts are prophecies. Those ones can be said to he a kind of prediction that might not be actually true but prophecies are what would happen in the future

I always refuse to enter these discussions about the metaphysical. I sincerely don't know where prophecies originate from and wouldn't want to know.
