Have you learnt the art of acceptance. Acceptance is the way to go in order to live a life of peace and tranquility/ It took me a while but I have reached there and each day is a happy day which I look forward to.

It took me a while to realise that the only way we can live in peace is to accept situations that cannot be changed.
Learning true acceptance has been an ongoing journey, but it's one of the most valuable mindsets I've cultivated. It involves letting go of what I cannot control, making peace with circumstances as they are, and avoiding resistance to reality.
When you learn to accept some facts that really can't be changed, you tend to give yourself peace.
Sometimes, you just have that peace of mind when you have learned to come to terms with certain conditions.
Indeed, when we encounter situations we cannot change or something which had happened, we have to accept them. Otherwise, we would always live in misery.
