Praying or taking drugs when sick

I do both. When I am sick, I pray that I can be recovered soon. At the same time, I also go to see a doctor and take drugs to heal the sickness.
If only prayers worked then the drug industry would have to close down . I do take medicines but they need not be drugs.

Yeah some people I know try to do both but if it is something minor it is better to take drugs and move on

Yes it is good to pray but it is better to visit the hospital as well . You can get your medical help faster
When I first realize I'm coming down with something, my initial reaction is to listen to my body and get plenty of restand pray. I'll hold off on medications unless absolutely necessary, instead trying natural remedies like hot tea, soup, and extra fluids first. If symptoms persist or worsen, then I'll consult a doctor and take whatever medications are prescribed.
You have to be practical about your life. There is no need to pray when you are sick. You need to go to the hospital.
I generally do both, but it is essential to take medications when I am unwell, particularly because I have a chronic illness.
