Have you ever taken a food tour while traveling?

I remember going to a wine making set up where we could taste wine made form different items.
No, I have not taken any food tour during traveling. That said, when I visit a place, other than enjoying the scenery and other travel spots, I enjoy visiting local restaurants and try their street foods.
Absolutely, food tours have become one of my favorite activities when visiting a new city or country. Getting guided around to local hot spots and hole-in-the-wall eateries introduces me to dishes and flavors I may have never discovered on my own.
I have never been on a food tour in another country or even while traveling within my own country. I usually just research about best places to eat.

I also like exploring different delicacies in different places, either abroad or not. Although it is our family's practice to bring some food while traveling.
I am very cautious of the things that I eat outside my country so I don't purge.
