This website has shown to be legit and is constantly paying its members.
Forum filler requires that you have a good grasp of basic English to pass the exams and be accepted into the guild. I am a member of forum filler and I have to say it is very rewarding. One task earned me over four dollars.

Create a resume in PDF and then submit through the platform.
The average Pay rate is 6 cents per reply and 10 cents per post (but it also depends on word count/ post length)
It's not much if they pay 6 cents. I am tired of posting in the forums. I am working on 3-4 forums together these days and hope to earn at least $5-10 this month

I agree that the pay rate is not much but if you compared with the existing paid to post forums, you will find that Forum Filler is paying better. But then how much do you expect to get paid for writing 2-3 lines?
What info should the resume contain. Do I need to attach copies of certificates etc?

Create a standard bio data, including your education, and experience and submit as a PDF file. Once approved, you will be given access to post forum forums.
I find Index forum to be the best because you can post a comment of just 15 words.
That's great. For me, as I am on 3-4 forums so it's almost impossible for me to join other forums as of now.

Agreed. But if you can earn better by writing more words, don't you think it would be better, you would be earning more. For instance you earn 1 cent for 15 words, wouldn't it be better to earn 2 cents from 30 words or 4 cents from 60 words?
