One need not have a flower shop but grow flowers and sell them to shops that sell flowers, wreathes, bouquets and garlands.

One should comb the market to first find out what sells. Flowers with long stems and those that do not fade auickly could sell well.

My city is the main source of different flowers. I am sure the farmers know how to cut them well.

There is certainly great demand for cut flowers specially the ones with long stems. And if roses are grown one become rich overnight

It's a good business no doubt but it mainly depends on the location. Over here not everyone is into flowers.

Selling flowers is not really a big thing around here. People tend to gravitate towards acquiring fresh produce like herbs, fruits, and vegetables instead.

Yes, flowers are sold at high price, here one rose can be sold for $0,1 or more, more lucrative than posting on forums.

To be honest, flower business is not so lucrative in my country. Most people rarely buy flowers. They feel it's a waste of money especially because of the state of the economy.
