I have fought many court battles and most of these cases were with property rights. I won a few cases and lost a few.

I have never been slammed with a lawsuit and I hope that never happens to me. I understand how lawsuits can make you lose so much money as you have to pay lawyers either for consultation or to represent you in a court of law.

I have never had any reason to go to court. The closest I have been to court is just the premises. Never been in a court before, talk more of having a lawsuit against me.
